Refund policy
I am a fair Seller and I truly care about my Customers and want ALL of you to feel confident in knowing that your shopping experience here with me at Boho Sapien is everything you would expect it to be and hopefully more. Please read our current policies on refunds, returns and exchanges. Regardless of what is stated here, if for any reason you have any problems with your order and need an answer or a solution, please email trinity@bohosapien.com and I’m sure we can work something out that’s fair for us both. You will receive a reply within 24 hours.
Do you offer refunds?
Only under the circumstance that an item arrives broken and I have no replacement in stock or a product is naturally defective i.e. the clasp breaks when you try to use it or a stone falls out etc. and I have no replacement in stock. I only buy the most top-quality jewelry findings and supplies and I rigorously test and inspect all of my products before shipping but I’m also human and may miss something? I will make it right if I do.
All Sales are Final, but if you have any issues whatsoever with your order, please contact me and I will take care of you!
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Generally no, but don’t let that scare you. There are exceptions. If you receive an item that is broken or naturally defective in any way, i.e. the clasp breaks when you try to use it, a stone falls out etc… Please contact me and I will honor your purchase most likely by replacing the item (if a replacement is in stock) or issuing a refund if no replacement is available. Whatever the case, I will make it right between us. I am a seller who doesn’t believe in handling products back and forth more than you have to because anything can happen during shipping. To keep everything fair for both me and my customers, I really take the time to go that extra mile offering high resolution photos with zoom features and detailed descriptions so there are no surprises when you open up your package on your end. You should love your Cool Stuff in person as much as you did when you first saw it in my shop! I do understand that sometimes, things happen that are out of our control and you may need to contact me about your order. Please feel free to do so by emailing me at the address above.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us ASAP after ordering if you need to cancel. We do our best to ship out quickly on the same day as your order comes in. If you contact us before your order ships, we can cancel your order but if your order has already shipped we can’t cancel it once it’s left our hands.
Missing Items:
As soon as possible after delivery, unpack and inspect your shipment. If for some reason you find an item is missing, please email us immediately at the address above so that we can ship out what was missing and make it right.
Damaged Items:
If you see or discover shipping damage after opening your package, please email us immediately. A seller is not normally responsible for replacing goods that are damaged during shipping, but my company is a little different when it comes to that and I know how disappointing it can be, so if it is something I can replace for you, I will do my best. If the item was a one-of-a-kind item that cannot be replaced then you must notify the delivery carrier immediately and make every attempt to leave the containers and packing materials as they were when you first discovered the damage. With all of the Shipping Companies we use, they generally come with shipping insurance up to $250 under most circumstances and you can make a claim with that shipping carrier to get your money back.
