Thanks so much for your purchase! I’m sure you’re excited to get your Cool Stuff! Our goal is to package and ship out your orders as soon as possible. In most cases, the same day that your order is received. We normally ship USPS Ground Advantage (the new USPS First Class) on smaller items like Jewelry for example and USPS Ground Advantage on larger Items like Mexican Blankets. We also ship FedEx Economy on various medium to large items. My processing time is 1-3 days and the average Shipping time is approx. 6-10 business days or less once your package is mailed. I strive to offer my customers the absolute lowest and exact shipping costs available and I never, ever make money from your shipping costs. We offer FREE Shipping on U.S. orders over $99. You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Orders are shipped (Monday-Saturday), excluding major holidays.
Please take into consideration additional shipping delays due to COVD-19 or Increment Weather which would be out of my control. Delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: The time it takes to verify your order and to wrap and pack up your Cool Stuff. This process takes 1 to 3 days.
- Shipping time: The time from when the package is mailed and arrives at your door. Shipping times with the companies we use are approx. 6-10 business days or less.
Missing Items: As soon as possible after delivery, unpack and inspect your shipment. If for some reason you find an item is missing, please email us immediately so that we can ship out what was missing and make it right.
Damaged Items: If you see or discover shipping damage after opening your package, please email us immediately. A seller is not normally responsible for replacing goods that are damaged during shipping, but my company is a little different when it comes to that and I know how disappointing it can be, so if it is something I can replace for you, I will do my best. If the item was a one-of-a-kind item that cannot be replaced then you must notify the delivery carrier immediately and make every attempt to leave the containers and packing materials as they were when you first discovered the damage. With all of the Shipping methods we use, they generally come with shipping insurance up to $250 under most circumstances and you can make a claim with that shipping carrier to get your money back.
